About PomoTodo
PomoTodo is a Pomodoro timer, task management and project tracker in one place, with 36 free tools for the time, money and planning questions that come up around work. It has been built and run by Saiprasad Acharya since 2023.
Why we built it
Managing several projects at once turns into a job of its own, usually on top of a plate that is already full. Tasks live in one app, time in another, and the question of where the week actually went gets answered from memory, if it gets answered at all.
PomoTodo was built to manage tasks and projects around the thing they really cost you, which is time, and to do it without an expensive subscription. You plan the work, run a focus session against a task, and the hours land on the right project by themselves. The free plan includes unlimited projects and tasks, and it stays free.
Alongside the app sit the free tools: hours and timesheet calculators, pay and tax calculators, an invoice generator, date and deadline counters, and timers for every length of work or rest. They are there so the small questions that interrupt a working day can be answered in the same place, in a few seconds, without an account.
Who builds PomoTodo

Saiprasad Acharya
Founder
Saiprasad, or Sai, is an SEO professional and web developer who specializes in SaaS products: building them, and making their websites easier to find and easier to use.
Sai's work is building web applications and tools that genuinely help, whether the person on the other end is organizing their own week or running a startup, a small business or a larger organization. The aim is the same in every case: help them reach their goals faster and with less wasted effort.
How the tools are checked
Every calculator runs in your browser, and most tool pages explain how the answer is worked out, many with a worked example, so you can check a result for yourself.
Figures that change every year, such as US federal tax brackets, the Social Security wage base and the IRS standard mileage rate, are taken from the official IRS and Social Security Administration publications and checked again when each new year's numbers come out. If an answer looks wrong, let us know and it will be checked against the source.
How PomoTodo is paid for
PomoTodo Pro costs $12 a month or $99 a year. It adds unlimited teammates, reporting beyond the last 30 days, the billable value and effective hourly rate of each project, and timesheet and invoice export. Pro pays for the development. The free plan is not a trial and does not expire.
