Your list has forty items and every one of them is shouting. The report is due, the inbox is full, someone wants a quick call, and the important project has quietly slipped another week.
The Eisenhower Matrix cuts through that by asking two questions of every task. Is it urgent? Is it important? Urgent and important gets done first. Important but not urgent gets scheduled, and this quadrant is where careers are actually built. Urgent but not important gets delegated. The rest gets deleted without guilt.
This one is a working prioritization tool, not a diagram. Add real tasks, drag your week into shape, then print it as a template if paper is more your style.
Use it as a template
Two ways. Keep it digital: your quadrants save in your browser, so you can clear the done items each Monday and reuse the same board as a weekly Eisenhower Matrix template. Or go analog: press Print template and the page prints just the matrix, with your tasks or blank, ready to stick next to your monitor.

Questions
What is the Eisenhower Matrix?
It is a prioritization method that sorts tasks along two axes, urgent and important. That gives four quadrants: do first, schedule, delegate, and delete. It is named after President Dwight Eisenhower, who was known for separating what mattered from what merely felt pressing.
Can I use this as an Eisenhower Matrix template?
Yes. Use it filled in as your working board, or hit Print template to get a clean paper copy, blank or with your tasks on it. Your board also stays saved in your browser, so it works as a reusable weekly template.
What goes in each quadrant?
Do first holds urgent and important work like today's deadline. Schedule holds important work with no deadline yet, which is where most meaningful progress lives. Delegate holds urgent tasks someone else could do. Delete holds things that survive on habit alone.
