PomoTodo is built and run by Saiprasad Acharya. Email goes straight to the person who writes the code, not to a ticket queue.
What to write about
- Help with the app
- Something in the timer, tasks, boards or a team workspace not doing what you expect. Say what you were doing, what happened and what you expected instead, and which browser you were on.
- Billing
- Subscriptions, receipts, refunds and cancelling. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so include the email address on your PomoTodo account and the one on your receipt if they differ.
- Privacy and your data
- A copy of everything we hold about you, or all of it deleted. The privacy policy explains what is kept and why.
- A calculator gave a wrong answer
- Tell us which tool, the exact numbers you entered and the answer you expected. Figures such as tax brackets and mileage rates come from official sources, and a report like this is how an out-of-date one gets caught.
- Partnerships and press
- Integrations, sponsorships, interviews or anything else about PomoTodo itself.
