Time Zone Converter
Compare a time across cities, and find an hour that works with everyone.
Daylight saving is applied automatically for the date you pick, so a meeting in March converts differently from the same meeting in July. Your zones save in your browser, nothing is uploaded.
The call is the easy part to schedule.
Work that crosses time zones is work that is hard to account for, because half of it happens while you are offline. PomoTodo tracks what each task actually took, in your own hours, and totals it by client at the end of the week.
Free plan tracks unlimited focus time across unlimited tasks. No card required.
Working with people in other countries means every meeting starts with the same small negotiation. You suggest Tuesday at three, they reply that it is midnight for them, and somebody opens a calculator.
The arithmetic is only half the problem. The other half is that offsets move. Europe and North America change clocks on different weekends, most of Asia does not change at all, and for two weeks in spring the usual gap between London and New York is simply wrong. This page reads the rules for the exact date you pick, so the answer holds for the meeting you are actually booking.
The planner underneath is the part worth using. Every city gets a row, every hour gets a column, and you are looking for a stripe of green that runs the whole way down. Tap it and the comparison moves to that hour.

Questions
How do I convert a time between two time zones?
Pick the city you are converting from, set the date and time, then add the cities you want to compare. Every zone updates together, so you can read the same moment in all of them at once.
Does this handle daylight saving time?
Yes, and it uses the rules for the date you choose rather than today. A 9am call in London is 4am in New York in January but 5am in July, and the converter reflects that automatically.
How do I find a meeting time that suits everyone?
Turn on the day planner. Each row is a city and each column is an hour, coloured green for normal working hours, amber for early or late, and grey for the middle of the night. Look for a column that is green or amber the whole way down, then tap it.
Why does India show UTC+5:30 instead of a whole hour?
Not every zone is offset by a whole number of hours. India is half an hour off, Nepal is 45 minutes off, and parts of Australia use 30 minute offsets too. The converter handles these the same as any other zone.
What does the +1 day badge mean?
That city is already on the next calendar day at that moment. Booking 5pm Friday in Los Angeles means your colleague in Sydney is being asked for 10am Saturday, which is exactly the mistake the badge exists to prevent.
