Contracts, notice periods and delivery promises are almost always written in working days, and working days are the ones that are annoying to count. Weekends drop out, public holidays drop out, and the answer is never the number you get by subtracting the dates.

How many working days are between two dates?
Pick both dates and the count appears, alongside the calendar day total and the number of days that were skipped. Both the start and the end date are counted.
How do I work out a deadline in working days?
Switch to the add working days mode, set the start date, and enter the number of days. The result skips weekends and any holidays you have added. Enter a negative number to count backwards from a fixed deadline.
Can I exclude public holidays?
Yes, add each one by date and it is removed from the count. Holidays are entered by hand rather than assumed, because they differ by country and often by region within a country.
Can I change which days are the weekend?
Any combination of days can be marked as non working. Saturday and Sunday are selected to begin with, and a Friday and Saturday weekend or a six day week are both a couple of taps away.
